This Pharmasim marketing simulation project involved myself and my group members to act as a marketing managers for a pharmaceutical brand in a competitive market, making strategic decisions around product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotion. Using market data and performance reports, we adjusted my strategy over time to improve brand performance and increase market share while staying within budget constraints. The project strengthened my skills in data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and understanding how different marketing levers impact overall business outcomes.
